Senior Developer (Christchurch)

We are currently searching for a Senior Developer with exceptional technical abilities and client facing skills to become part of our dynamic team. You will provide technical leadership and accountability for the delivery of solutions that exceed our client’s business objectives and expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and develop complete solutions based on client requirements and be capable of articulating this design to both technical and business audiences
• Provide leadership to the project team to ensure the goals of the project are met within time and budget constraints
• Participate in pre-sales support for the Sales team
• Apply the appropriate techniques/practices to a problem given the constraints of time, scope, requirements and budget

To be considered for this role you will have strong problem solving skills, be an attentive listener, an engaging presenter and demonstrate the ability to motivate others. You will have a strong development background, commercial consulting skills and leadership experience. A sound knowledge of CRM and MOSS is a bonus.

Learning and Development Advisor (Wellington)

Are you a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with a real passion for professional development? We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to work with our employees to identify their learning, training and development needs, incorporate these into a personalised development plan, and provide ongoing advice and support in meeting development plan goals.

Essential criteria:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years' experience in learning and development design, delivery and strategy development
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience with Lominger’s Leadership Architecture and Executive Coaching and an understanding of the IT industry is an advantage

Microsoft NAV Developers Wanted!

Intergen is a leading implementer of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in New Zealand. We require Senior Developers with a solid track record in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV to become key members in our Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch teams.

Intergen is New Zealand's most experienced provider of Microsoft based business solutions. We focus on delivering business value in our solutions and work closely with Microsoft to ensure we have the best possible understanding of their technologies and directions.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-5 years consulting or development experience and implementation experience and strong business analysis skills. A background in accounting along with an accounting or IT qualification is highly desirable.

You will be comfortable operating with CFOs and other senior managers as well as interacting with staff on client sites. You will have a desire to help our customers improve their business by implementing innovative solutions that leverage Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other Microsoft products.
